1. Overview

These Terms of Purchase ("Terms") govern all purchases of Sellora AI software licenses made through our website. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the purchase.

Sellora AI is a software-as-a-service WordPress/WooCommerce plugin distributed on an annual license basis. The license grants you the right to use the plugin on the number of domains specified in your chosen plan.

2. License Plans

We offer three license tiers:

Starter — $149/year. Valid for 1 domain. Includes basic AI features, up to 1,000 conversations/month.
Pro — $299/year. Valid for up to 3 domains. Includes unlimited conversations, upsell and cross-sell modules.
Agency — $499/year. Unlimited domains, white-label mode, priority support, dedicated account manager.

All plans are billed annually. Multi-year pricing may be available upon request.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Your license is activated immediately upon successful payment. A confirmation email containing your license key and activation instructions will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

4. License Activation & Domains

Each license key must be activated on the domain(s) specified during or after purchase. Domain registration is handled automatically by our license activation server.

You may activate your license on a staging/development domain at no additional cost, provided the production domain remains within your plan limit.
Transferring a license to a different domain is permitted once per 30-day period free of charge. Additional transfers require a support request.
Sharing, reselling, or sublicensing your license key to third parties is strictly prohibited.

5. Renewal

Licenses are valid for 12 months from the date of activation. You will receive renewal reminders via email 30 days, 14 days, and 3 days before expiration.

Upon expiration, the plugin will continue to function but will not receive updates, security patches, or support. License renewal restores all benefits and resets the term for another 12 months.

6. Updates & Support

An active license entitles you to all plugin updates released during the license term and access to our support channels. Support is provided via email and ticket system. Response times vary by plan:

Starter: within 5 business days
Pro: within 2 business days
Agency: within 1 business day, dedicated manager

7. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the plugin or its license server.
Use the plugin for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
Attempt to circumvent or spoof the license validation system.
Redistribute the plugin or license key without written permission.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate license revocation without refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sellora AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, conversion rates, or other business results. Performance depends on your WooCommerce store setup, traffic, and third-party services (including AI providers).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Sellora AI shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commerce law. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or, where required by law, in the courts of the jurisdiction in which the purchaser resides.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
