1. Our Commitment
We stand behind Sellora AI and want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If the plugin does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund process under the conditions described below.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new license purchases are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with Sellora AI for any reason within 14 days of your purchase date, contact our support team and we will issue a full refund.
The 14-day period begins on the date your payment is confirmed and your license key is issued.
3. Conditions for Refund Eligibility
A refund request is eligible if:
- The request is submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
- The license has not been transferred, shared, or used on more domains than permitted by the plan.
- The license key has not been used to distribute or redistribute the plugin to third parties.
Refunds after the 14-day window may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
- A confirmed critical bug that prevents the plugin from functioning and has not been resolved within 7 business days of reporting.
- A duplicate purchase (same email, same plan, within 24 hours).
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The 14-day guarantee period has passed and no qualifying exception applies.
- The license was suspended or revoked due to violation of the Terms of Purchase.
- Incompatibility with third-party plugins, themes, or custom code not related to Sellora AI.
- Dissatisfaction with AI output quality due to your OpenAI / Groq API configuration or quota limits.
- Change of mind after the 14-day window.
- Partial-period refunds for unused months of an annual license (unless within the 14-day window).
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at support@sellora.ai with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Order Number]".
- Include the email address used for the purchase and your license key.
- Briefly describe the reason for the refund (optional within the 14-day window, required for exceptions).
We process all refund requests within 3 business days. Once approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Cancellation of License Renewal
Sellora AI licenses are not automatically renewed. You will receive reminder emails before your license expires, and renewal is always a manual action on your part.
If you choose not to renew, your license will simply expire at the end of the current term. The plugin will remain installed and functional, but will no longer receive updates, security patches, or support until renewed.
There is no cancellation fee. Simply do not renew, and no further charges will occur.
7. Upgrades and Downgrades
If you wish to upgrade your plan during an active license term, we will apply a prorated credit toward the new plan. Contact support to arrange an upgrade.
Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date. No partial refunds are issued for downgrading mid-term.
8. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks result in automatic license revocation and may affect your ability to purchase from us in the future.
If you have a legitimate concern, our support team will resolve it quickly and fairly.
