We integrate the OpenAI API into a specific process: text preparation, file work or approved tool calls. ChatGPT is a separate end-user application; a ChatGPT subscription alone does not provide or imply OpenAI API integration.
What we need to start
We need the task, data, access rules, expected-output examples and a review owner. API availability and account terms in the customer's region are checked before contract.
Deliverables and limits
We deliver the integration boundary, error handling, restrictions and test scenarios. OpenAI tariffs, API charges and third-party infrastructure are not included in development cost.

Does this work with any ChatGPT subscription? No. API access and terms are checked separately.
